Ball mill is popularly used to grind materials in industries like Paint, Ink, Chemicals, and Cement. It is a horizontal cylindrical rotating equipment, commonly termed as a grinder. The Ball Mill uses various materials as grinding media, such as:

• Flint Pebbles
• Stainless Steel Balls

The internal walls of the Ball Mill can be lined with either Ceramic or Granite. Due to the centrifugal force, the balls are raised to a certain height and then impact the material to be ground, enhancing the efficiency of the grinding process.

Mixing of viscous materials such as Putty, Clay, and Heavy Chemicals is effectively carried out using our Pug Mills. Depending on the application and user requirements, you can opt for different types of drives:

• Gear Drive
• Belt Drive
• Chain Drive

The material of construction can be SS, MS, or SS Cladded MS. Additionally, the blade construction can either be of Pug Type or Ribbon Blender Type.
